• The production time for 'Made to Order' items is approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note that this timeframe serves as a guideline and may be affected by firing results, as well as production circumstances related to exhibitions, projects, and other factors. For a precise production schedule or delivery date, feel free to contact me at shop@studioyama.se before placing your order. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready. Additionally, this timeframe excludes holidays and any temporary studio closures.

• For 'Stock Items', please allow approximately 7 business days for processing and shipping.

• For orders of more than 10 pieces, production may take over 6 weeks. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready.

• If you order both 'In-stock Items' and 'Made to Order' items, we will ship everything together once the made-to-order items are ready.

• The items will be shipped in a protected box.
